After submitting, print your service slip and place it inside the shipping box with your jack.

Package Securely

Wrap your jack in foam bubble wrap or other padding to prevent shipping damage during transit.

Send your packaged jack to our Escondido service center using the address provided below.

We'll contact you with our findings and a repair estimate before any non-warranty work begins.

Typically 1–2 weeks from the date we receive your jack, depending on parts availability and how quickly we receive your response to our inquiries. We'll keep you updated via email throughout the process.
Yes, proof of purchase or your order number is required for warranty-related repairs. Please include your purchase date or AGM order number in the service request form and have your order confirmation available if requested. If you purchased the Jack directly from us and are having issues finding that info, no worries we will help find that for you when your Jack arrives.
If your jack is beyond repair, we'll notify you after inspection and discuss your options, which may include a replacement or credit toward a new unit?
Customers are initially responsible for all inbound shipping costs. Shipping will be covered by AGM Products for all warranty repairs. Non-warranty return shipping costs will be included in your repair estimate.
We provide a free evaluation upon arrival and will contact you with a detailed estimate before performing any non-warranty repairs. You are never charged without prior approval.
